Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of taya365pro, including the website located at taya365pro.app, all associated mobile interfaces, gaming platforms, promotional materials, and customer support channels operated by the Company. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players accessing taya365pro services from the Republic of the Philippines or any other jurisdiction where taya365pro services are available.

Your continued use of taya365pro following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Account Registration

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or any other method to circumvent the single-account policy — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid means of identity verification. taya365pro relies on the information you provide to maintain the integrity of the platform and comply with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method must be updated through the official taya365pro account settings panel and may require additional identity verification. taya365pro shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Where multiple members of the same household wish to register on taya365pro, each individual must register and use their own separate account and must each independently satisfy all eligibility requirements. Shared device usage may trigger additional verification procedures at taya365pro's discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your taya365pro login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication via OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Never share your taya365pro login credentials with any other person, including individuals claiming to be taya365pro support staff.
• Log out of your taya365pro account when using shared, public, or third-party devices including internet cafes.
• Notify taya365pro support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.

Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to taya365pro support immediately. taya365pro shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain adequate security practices.

Deposits & Payments

taya365pro accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and supported cryptocurrency networks. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) fifty (₱50) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offering.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• taya365pro does not accept deposits from credit cards for gambling purposes.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., wrong account, duplicate transactions) must be reported to taya365pro support within 24 hours. taya365pro will make reasonable efforts to resolve such errors but cannot guarantee resolution in all cases.
• taya365pro reserves the right to refuse any deposit or request additional verification at its sole discretion for AML compliance purposes.

All transactions on taya365pro are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any deposits made in alternative currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. taya365pro is not responsible for any foreign exchange losses or conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on taya365pro are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your taya365pro account identity.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified.
• taya365pro may require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory identity verification.
• taya365pro targets withdrawal processing times of under fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya on verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

taya365pro offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered taya365pro account holders who meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and the applicable promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms and are typically displayed in your taya365pro account bonus section.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the account holder after any applicable investigation, deducting any amounts owed to taya365pro. Players may appeal account closures by submitting a formal dispute to taya365pro support in writing.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit taya365pro's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of taya365pro following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using taya365pro and may request account closure through the account settings or by contacting customer support.
